Lobisa Matlou is EMCARE’s Accreditation and Quality Assurance Administrator, based at our Johannesburg Branch. She is responsible for supporting the organisation’s accreditation, compliance and quality-management processes, helping to ensure that training programmes and administrative procedures meet the required standards.
Lobisa manages and maintains accreditation records, learner documentation, quality-assurance files and supporting evidence required for internal reviews, external audits and regulatory submissions. She also works closely with EMCARE’s branches, facilitators and administrative teams to promote consistent processes, accurate recordkeeping and compliance across the organisation.
Through her attention to detail and commitment to quality, Lobisa plays an important role in protecting the integrity of EMCARE’s training services and supporting the continued delivery of credible, professional and compliant training.
