Responsible for all financial functions for all offices. She is responsible for dealing with Suppliers, payment requests, creditors and debtors.
Accreditation & Quality Assurance Administrator
Lobisa Matlou

Lobisa Matlou is EMCARE’s Accreditation and Quality Assurance Administrator, based at our Johannesburg Branch. She is responsible for supporting the organisation’s accreditation, compliance and quality-management processes, helping to ensure that training programmes and administrative procedures meet the required standards.
Lobisa manages and maintains accreditation records, learner documentation, quality-assurance files and supporting evidence required for internal reviews, external audits and regulatory submissions. She also works closely with EMCARE’s branches, facilitators and administrative teams to promote consistent processes, accurate recordkeeping and compliance across the organisation.
Through her attention to detail and commitment to quality, Lobisa plays an important role in protecting the integrity of EMCARE’s training services and supporting the continued delivery of credible, professional and compliant training.

Christiaan Kühn

Christiaan is the Marketing Manager at EMCARE. He is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms. His role includes overseeing content creation, social media management, and online advertising to promote EMCARE’s products and services effectively. Christiaan also collaborates with the team to design visual concepts and manage production layouts for advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials across EMCARE branches. Focused on expanding EMCARE’s digital presence, he aims to enhance customer experience and drive growth through impactful marketing initiatives.

Linken Seloane is EMCARE’s Graphic Designer, based at our Polokwane Branch. She is responsible for developing visual content that supports the organisation’s marketing, communication and brand-development activities across its branches and digital platforms.
Linken creates and prepares a wide range of branded materials, including social media graphics, advertising campaigns, course promotions, corporate documents, signage and other marketing collateral. She works closely with EMCARE’s marketing and operational teams to translate information into clear, professional and visually engaging designs while maintaining consistency across the EMCARE brand.
Through her creativity, attention to detail and understanding of visual communication, Linken plays an important role in strengthening EMCARE’s professional image and ensuring that its services, training programmes and campaigns are presented effectively to clients and the public.

She also provides customer support to clientele and responsible for managing and logistical functions of the Limpopo office. Flora manages incoming calls and enquiries, assists visitors with relevant information and helps direct clients to the appropriate departments or team members. She also supports daily administrative activities, appointment coordination, document handling and communication between the branch, learners and clients.
Through her professional manner, organisational skills and commitment to client service, Flora plays an important role in creating a positive first impression of EMCARE and supporting the efficient daily operation of the Polokwane Branch.

Natalie also plays an important role in strengthening EMCARE’s presence in the Eastern Cape through local marketing initiatives, client engagement, advertising activities, social media campaigns and representation at relevant public and industry events. In addition, she oversees the day-to-day operations and logistical coordination of the Port Elizabeth office, helping to ensure efficient service delivery and a consistently high standard of support.
